Kim has been a member of our accounting and auditing staff since 2000.  She assists a variety of clients with their financial reporting needs including the preparation of financial statements, business tax returns, employee benefit plan tax returns and payroll processing.

Kim graduated from Illinois State University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a minor in accounting.  She passed the CPA exam in 1981.

Prior to joining Hofner & Hofner, L.L.C., Kim worked for a large Chicago insurance company for over 20 years.  She held various accounting positions within the organization which included management accounting, internal auditing, and oversight of branch office accounting and banking relationships.

Kim and her husband, Don, live in Carol Stream and have two daughters.  She is involved in the PTA at her children’s schools and has served as Treasurer.
